Set-up is super easy—place wherever you need it. The compact and optional small design lets you fit the Water Leak Sensor in any corner, including the kitchen floor, basement, laundry room, or other flat surfaces. Suggest placing it near washing machines, water heaters, sinks, or dishwashers.

INSTANT ALARMS

Once set up, the Third Reality APP immediately sends push notifications and free email alerts to your device. Even without internet, the water leak sensor sounds a loud 120dB alarm. The alarm is loud enough to be heard even in the basement or up the stairs.

In the device detail page, the Third Reality APP shows battery levels, real-time sensor status, and history view.

LONG DURABLE BATTERY LIFE

Powered by two AAA 1.5V alkaline batteries, the Water Leak Sensor offers a 3-year operational life. Battery replacement is easy.

APARTMENT AND HOTEL MANAGERS LOVE IT
